Cynthia is a Fort Worth native, a TCU Neely School of Business graduate and an avid tennis player. She has been in construction since the 1980s and brings the knowledge that only decades of experience can provide.
Gary grew up in West Texas and earned an Engineering Degree at Texas Tech University. He works directly with his teams, developing and training them, to ensure quality from the top down. He is a rancher, classic car enthusiast, and enjoys competition BBQ.
Christina graduated from the University of Alabama and came to Carter in 2017 after managing sales and operations of businesses ranging from 5MM - 20MM. She enjoys gardening and cannot resist a rescue animal.
An Army veteran and graduate of University of Texas at Arlington, Larry began his career at Carter in 2010. His eye for detail and technical expertise, from estimating to execution, ensure our projects come in on time and on budget. He is an ASBA Certified Track Builder.

Robert Graduated from Tarleton University and has worked at Carter since he was a teenager in the field during the summer. In his free time he can be found on the lake, fishing from his kayak.
