The Interlocal Purchasing System, better known as TIPS Purchasing Cooperative, is one of 20 Regional Education Service Centers within Texas which assists school districts in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations.

The American Sports Builders Association, a non-profit trade association comprised of builders, designers and suppliers for sports facilities, exists to promote the highest standards of design, construction and maintenance.
The Certified Track Builder Program was developed by the ASBA to help raise professional standards and to improve the practice of track construction. ASBA certified builders must pass a comprehensive exam on track construction and maintenance. They must fulfill prescribed standards of experience and demonstrate a high level of expertise in track construction.
The World Athletic (formally IAAF) Certification System guarantees better-quality athletic equipment and the validity and accuracy of performances to support IAAF’s mission in helping and protecting athletes at the top levels of sports worldwide.
